We are looking for a skilled and motivated Lemon Law Attorney to manage a diverse range of cases. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in consumer protection law, with the ability to handle complex legal issues, offer strategic counsel, and achieve excellent results for clients.
Position Overview:
- Active member of the California State Bar in good standing.
- Demonstrated experience in consumer protection and Lemon Law.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in drafting and editing pleadings for both state and federal courts.
- Ability to develop and implement legal strategies that resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
- Experience in mediation and negotiation to settle cases.
- Skilled in making court appearances and litigating cases.
- Expertise in propounding and responding to discovery requests, including supplements when necessary.
- Experience drafting and responding to Meet and Confer letters and law and motion documents.
- Proficient in taking and defending depositions.
- Experience conducting ADR mediations and negotiations.
- Ability to draft trial documents and prepare for trial.
- Strong legal research skills, utilizing software like Westlaw to analyze statutes, decisions, and legal documents.
- Proficient with MS Office, Teams, FileVine, and legal databases.
