Valet Manager
Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Valet Manager to oversee valet services at our healthcare facilities. The Valet Manager will be responsible for managing a team of valet attendants, ensuring that all valet operations run smoothly, efficiently, and with the highest level of customer service. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage logistics in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Supervision:
- Lead, train, and manage a team of valet attendants, ensuring they adhere to high standards of service and professionalism.
- Create work schedules for valet attendants and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.
- Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and ensure staff are continuously developing through ongoing training and support.

Valet Operations Management:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of valet services, ensuring efficiency in vehicle parking, retrieval, and handling.
- Ensure valet attendants follow all safety protocols and company procedures for handling vehicles, including securing keys and preventing damage to vehicles.
- Manage the flow of traffic in the valet area, ensuring vehicles are parked promptly and safely to maximize space and minimize wait times.

Customer Service Excellence:
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and helpful experience when arriving and leaving the facility.
- Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring resolution and satisfaction.
- Maintain a visible and approachable presence in the valet area to assist guests and offer support when needed.

Facility Coordination & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and other departments to coordinate valet operations with other services, such as parking lot management and facility maintenance.
- Assist in managing peak traffic times and special events, ensuring valet services are adjusted to accommodate additional needs.
- Coordinate with security and other facility staff to ensure safe, secure, and organized valet operations.

Inventory & Equipment Management:
- Ensure valet station equipment, such as ticketing systems, signage, uniforms, and vehicles, are in good working condition and properly maintained.
- Order and manage inventory of supplies such as valet tickets, keys, uniforms, and safety equipment.
- Regularly assess the condition of the valet areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient use of space.

Operational Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle traffic, customer interactions, and valet team performance.
- Prepare regular reports on valet service statistics, including wait times, customer feedback, and incident reports.
- Review and analyze feedback from patients, visitors, and staff to continuously improve the valet experience.

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards, health regulations, and company policies related to valet operations.
- Supervise valet attendants to ensure they are following all safety protocols, including proper vehicle handling and parking procedures.
- Ensure the valet team is aware of and trained in emergency procedures, including fire evacuation, medical emergencies, and vehicle-related accidents.
Qualifications:

Education & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in valet operations or a customer service-related field, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is a plus.

Certifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- CPR, First Aid, or other emergency response certifications preferred.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, and move vehicles for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to work in outdoor weather conditions (hot, cold, or rainy) as needed for valet services.
