What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance & HVAC Technician position at Lemoore Union High School District?
Works under the direct supervision of the Director of Facilities & Operations, or designee. Performs general work in cleaning, inspection, maintenance and repair of school building, grounds, systems, equipment, and furnishings; lead all specialized work in the maintenance and repair of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) Systems. inspects buildings as needed for sanitary, fire an safety hazards. Operates trucks, tractors, and other equipment. Work is performed in accordance with Lemoore Union High School District's established practices and policies.
Education and Experience:
-High School Diploma or Equivalent
-Two (2) years post-secondary experience specializing in building trades, construction, building systems or equivalent combination of education and experience.
-Two(2) years or more of verifiable journeyman-level HVAC trade experience.
-Any experience in coordinating maintenance/operations work in a high school or other public or private business, or similar experience in building and construction and repair.
Salary : $27 - $34
