What are the responsibilities and job description for the Ticketing - Starts May 3rd position at Lemur Island Holdings Llc?
Ticketing Associates will serve as the first impression of our resort to a large subset of our guests. As such, a successful candidate will be personable, guest focused, and display exceptional communication skills. General responsibilities include checking guests into accommodations, effectively communicating all resort/hotel policies, collecting methods of payment (or ensuring continued use of previous methods of payment), assigning keys for access to dwellings, and providing directional information to lodging and onsite services. Ambassadors will consistently display a willingness to go above and beyond for guests while on property. Ambassadors are knowledgeable and able to describe the amenities offered by the resort.
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Must be outgoing and friendly.
- Be able to speak professionally with guests whether in person, by email, or phone.
- Must be knowledgeable and able to explain the different assets on our property as well as the policies and expectations of the park and its guests.
- Must be able to use computer software to check waivers, sell tickets and rent any and all of our equipment
- Maintain organization of our Lost and Found
- Be a proactive part of the Operations Department
- Go above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Ensure work areas are clean and free of trash and debris
- Monitor and maintain control over queue areas.
- Take appropriate steps in the event of a shutdown due to maintenance, weather or other unplanned conditions
- Perform daily opening, operating and closing procedures
- Take ownership of job and pride in work area
- Act professionally at all times
- Upon Park closing you must pick up all trash and return all equipment to its storage location
- Must maintain professional, productive and efficient working relationships with all employees
