Job Description:
Wagner Mechanical, the oldest and most trusted residential contractor in the metro area, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Customer Service team. This team plays a crucial role in taking care of our customers by answering inbound calls and scheduling service appointments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and address customer concerns.
- Schedule services needed for customers.
- Update customer database with accurate and complete information.
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the day.
- Organize work requests and completed work details.
