Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee branch operations, including service managers, technicians, and administrative staff.
- Develop and implement a strategic business plan to meet and exceed revenue and gross profit goals.
- Drive business development through geographic expansion and new service offerings.
- Lead a professional sales organization, ensuring accountability for conversion rates, revenue, profitability, and customer service.
- Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to sustain a high-performing, KPI-driven team.
- Foster a culture of excellence, ensuring the delivery of same-day service and superior customer experiences.
- Collaborate with the executive team to design and execute comprehensive training and onboarding programs.
- Champion safety and compliance through effective OSHA/Safety protocols.
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams at all levels.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to create and execute strategic business plans.
- Excellent analytical skills, using KPIs and data to drive decisions and actions.
- Collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally within the organization.
Experience/Education:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (preferred).
- 5 years of managerial experience in the service industry, with a track record of P&L accountability, sales, and customer service.
- Sales experience and OSHA/Safety expertise are highly desirable.
- Familiarity with residential service industries such as HVAC, plumbing, or home improvement is a plus.
