The Big Task
As a Service Technician, youll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. Youll help homeowners make informed decisions by offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
- Perform routine maintenance and warranty services.
- Communicate effectively with customers, helping them feel confident in their HVAC solutions.
- Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and other team members.
- Keep your company truck clean and stocked.
- Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and safety standards.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
What Were Looking For
- HVAC Experience At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience required.
- Strong Work Ethic Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.
- Customer-Focused Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
