The Big Task

As a Service Technician, you’ll diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems while delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll help homeowners make informed decisions by offering expert guidance and solutions tailored to their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and warranty services.
• Communicate effectively with customers, helping them feel confident in their HVAC solutions.
• Maintain communication with dispatch, managers, and other team members.
• Keep your company truck clean and stocked.
• Ensure compliance with all local HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.

What We’re Looking For

• HVAC Experience – At least 2 years of residential HVAC experience required.
• Strong Work Ethic – Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.
• Customer-Focused – Friendly, professional, and able to build rapport with clients.
• Team Player – Works well with others and contributes to a positive company culture.
• Valid Driver’s License – Clean driving record required.
