Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with dispatch, managers, and team members.
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ensure a clean driving record.
- Install new systems and remove old systems, following an installation checklist.
- Adhere to local HVAC codes and safety guidelines.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time.
- Train install helpers assigned to you.
- Keep customers informed throughout the process and ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain proper inventory and ensure truck readiness for maximum efficiency.
Qualifications
- Valid Drivers License and clean driving record.
- Able to pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Strong HVAC expertise and exceptional customer service skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have an active and valid HVAC Journeyman License in the state of Kentucky.
Experience & Education
- 3 years of Residential HVAC Service Experience.
