We're currently seeking an HVAC Journeyman to join our team as a Residential HVAC Warranty Technician in Louisville, KY.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Residential HVAC Warranty Technician, youll be at the forefront of providing top-notch service to our customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting warranty-related HVAC installations and repairs according to manufacturer specifications and company standards.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with installed systems.
- Replacing defective parts under warranty to ensure peak system performance.
- Documenting all work performed, including parts used, labor hours, and customer interactions.
- Communicating with customers to explain warranty coverage, repair processes, and maintenance recommendations.
- Coordinating with team members to ensure timely resolution of warranty-related tasks.
- Maintaining a clean and organized work areaincluding company vehicles and equipment.
- Adhering to safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all.
Qualifications:
- Journeyman license required
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Able to pass background check and drug screening
- Strong HVAC expertise and exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- EPA certification required; additional certifications are a plus
- Proven experience with warranty-related HVAC work
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed
