Our client is looking for a temporary HR Coordinator to fill a 6-month contract. You will primarily help with managing our client's HR platform by assisting employees with HR inquiries and performing onboarding and offboarding activities across West Coast company locations. This is a great opportunity for someone who would like to develop his/her HR capabilities and work with a great organization.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of HR inquires.
- Onboard new employee
- HR Data entry and management
- Provide management with requested reports and documents.
- Accurately maintain employee files
- Occasional travel to various company locations across the West Coast
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of HR experience, or data entry/analyst experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Ability to build rapport with all employees
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Tech savvy
- Ability to travel occasionally/ on as needed basis
Work from home with occasional travel to satellite offices on the West Coast (25%)
Monday to Friday - 8.30 am to 5 pm
Salary : $25 - $26
