Job Description includes: Interpret policies and procedures of the affiliating agencies for the Practical Nursing Students, Cooperate with personnel at affiliating agencies, Guides students in clinical and lab experiences.
Also include:
- Demonstrates flexibility in schedule, assignments, workdays
- Implement a variety of teaching strategies appropriate to learner needs, content, and outcome in all teaching settings
- Utilizes information technologies skillfully to support the teaching learning process in all teaching settings.
- Collaborates with faculty members to provide seamless continuity in educational objectives.
- Models critical and reflective thinking
- Demonstrates enthusiasm for teaching, learning, and nursing that inspires and motivates students
- Demonstrates interest in and respect for learners
- Maintains the professional practice and knowledge base needed to engage effectively in scholarship
- Recognizes multicultural, gender and experiential influences on teaching and learning
- Utilize assessment and evaluation data to enhance the teaching learning process

Requirements:
- Valid nursing license and registration in the appropriate jurisdiction.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or a Masters in Nursing (preferred)
- Proven experience working with diverse patient populations, including students, adults,
- Recent and strong clinical assessment skills and ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with Faculty
Students and healthcare professionals.
- Proficient computer skills for documentation and electronic medical record systems.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and prioritize tasks accordingly.
