Be a part of Lenape Valley Foundation’s ongoing growth in the brand-new role of Billing Director. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, this exciting opportunity provides the chance to help refine the direction of our Billing Department as we evolve as an organization. As Billing Director, you will be tasked with maximizing the efficiency of workflows and supervision of billing staff.

What You Offer:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field
- Over 5 years experience in medical billing
- To include a minimum 3 years supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of billing regulations and insurance claims processing
What You’ll Do:
- Supervise billing staff, assuring insurance verification and billing procedures are optimized and followed
- Provide leadership in resolution of billing problems
- Analyze billing data, identify and respond to trends
- Recommend, implement and optimize billing software and other technological tools to enhance workflow efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain current knowledge regarding changes in regulations as they relate to billing and collections processes.
