As Clinical Care Manager of The Lodge, you will play a VITAL role in the services we provide. You will have a broad range of responsibilities allowing you to address direct care needs, supervise staff and manage administrative duties. You have a strong commitment to the rights and ability of each person struggling with a mental health crisis to be the driver of their own treatment/healing. You will ensure that each individual is served with the least restrictive form of care as appropriate.
The Lodge is the first Crisis Residential Program in Bucks County, addressing a serious gap in the array of crisis services currently available. This state-of-the-art, brand new resort-style building will offer a beautiful setting to work at.

- Staff Supervision
- Ability to proficiently perform all duties of Mental Health Professionals and Residential Aides
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to direct line staff, including but not limited to Mental Health Professionals, Crisis Residential Aides, and Certified Peer Supports. This will require the ability to periodically work on rotating shifts to engage with all staff at times.
- Act as the Supervisor on-call
- Direct Care
- Provide therapeutic milieu support
- Assessment of client treatment and case management needs including direct clinical interventions and arranging of referrals of service needs
- Facilitate psychoeducational and group therapy sessions
- Monitor and assist in resident discharge planning
- Operational Support
- Monitor and assist in resident admissions process, including program orientation
- Assist with tracking data that supports monthly statistical reporting
- Assist in with budgets and procedures to ensure success of the program
- Work with the Director and Associate Executive Director in Program Development and Marketing
- Administrative Oversight
- Coordinate staff schedules
- Assist with recruiting, hiring, and training of new staff
- Oversight of all clinical review
- Develop and maintain relationships with payers such as the County and managed care organizations through precertification of service and continuing with utilization review.
- Master’s degree with major course work in psychology, sociology, social work, counseling or education and AT LEAST two years of direct service experience OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and three years of mental health direct care experience OR a Registered Nurse License, certified in psychology or psychiatry
- Licensed Mental Health Professional with working knowledge of commitment procedures PREFERRED
- Working knowledge of crisis services, program development and staffing
- Experience with managed care organizations.
- Strong supervisory skills with at least 2 years of experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic knowledge of MS Office
- Experience in an Electronic Health Record
- Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
