Become a member of the Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) Facilities team as a Porter! In this well-rounded position, you will have the opportunity to work with our clients and associates as you help to ensure that LVF remains a quality environment for everyone! We currently have full time opportunities in Doylestown and Bristol.

What You’ll Do:
- Perform the necessary duties for the for the maintenance of the equipment, building, and grounds- including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
- Work to maintain the cleanliness of LVF properties
- Provide safe transport to LVF clients as scheduled by supervisors.
What You’ll Offer:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (company vehicle provided while on duty)
- Ability to drive a full sized van
- Ability to use a computer to manage work orders and communicate via email
- Experience working within a building maintenance environment including electrical, plumbing, grounds keeping, cosmetic repairs, and painting skills
- Knowledge of smart phones, email, mapping websites
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
