What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/Call Center Representative position at LENAPE VALLEY FOUNDATION?
In this newly enhanced position, you would be the face of Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF), setting the tone for everyone who calls and walks in the door. Due to internal promotions, we have multiple full-time roles working out of our Doylestown location. Hybrid schedule available.
What You Offer:

- Ability to commute to the Doylestown office.
- Excellent communications skills to clearly and accurately provide information over the phone about services.

What You’ll Do:
RECEPTION
- Greet all individuals with professionalism and respect
- Check individuals in for their appointments, verifying demographic information and coverage for their services
- Utilize reports to verify coverage for services scheduled to assure payment is received and make necessary changes, coordinating with billing staff as necessitated.
- Utilize reports to maintain data integrity in the Electronic Medical Records
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Manage appointment cancelations for both clients and staff
CALL CENTER
- Answer and respond to incoming calls in a timely manner, providing information regarding LVF services and/or community services
- Assess urgency of calls, transferring as appropriate
- Have knowledge of all LVF programs, including admission criteria and insurance coverage
- Verify coverage for Outpatient Intake, explaining consent for treatment requirements
- Schedule initial contact for access to Outpatient Services
- Sort incoming faxes and associated duties
