As a Resident Aide you will take part in our mission to provide services to meet the varying behavioral needs of individuals within our community. The Forsythia House Supported Living Program, located in a single-family style home in Levittown, is a voluntary program where residents and staff partner together to plan groups, outings, and work on their identified recovery goals. 

Shifts Available:

  • Full-Time
    • Wednesday | Thursday | Friday 8pm - 8:30 am
    • Monday | Tuesday | Wednesday 8am - 8:30 pm
  • Part-Time
    • Saturday 8pm - 8:30 am

What You’ll Do: 

  • Enhance the quality of life for residents with mental health challenges
  • Monitor medication
  • Coordinate activities and programs to ensure that progress goals are achieved
  • Maintain site cleanliness
  • Provide transportation for residents and support for program activities throughout the community.

What You Offer: 

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Valid Driver’s License 
  • Ability to view all residents with Unconditional Positive Regard
  • Resiliency and ability to be flexible
  • Computer proficiency
    • Experience using Electronic Health Records strongly preferred
  • Ability to perform the physical requirement of the job description, with or without accommodation
