Requirements
To be successful as a Teaching Assistant, you must have a Bachelor's degree in elementary education or CDA, strong interpersonal communication skills, high moral character, and integrity. Additionally, you must comply with licensing, state, and national quality standards and have experience as a teacher in a licensed daycare/preschool program. CPR and First Aid certification is also required.
