We offer traditional nursing services such as therapy, hospice care, long-term care, and skilled nursing. Our rehabilitative therapy services include physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy, along with therapeutic recreation.

Requirements for Employment
- Completed a State Approved Nursing Assistant Certification Training Program, competency evaluated, tested and registered with the State of Michigan.
- Provide proof of a High School Diploma or GED
- Pass a Criminal Background Check, Pre-employment Physical and Drug Screen
Job Summary
- Perform direct Elder care under the supervision of a professional nurse. Participate and report pertinent information concerning elders.
- Follow universal precautions and proper infection control techniques, as well as maintain a clean work environment.
- Work cooperatively with elders, visitors, nurses, elder care providers, physicians, families, consulting personnel, ancillary services and surveyors.
- Be in compliance with Federal, State and local regulations within the control of Certified Nursing Assistants.
- Attend to Elders nutritional needs, which includes handling and preparation of food and fluid.
- Assist with housekeeping duties as assigned.
Working conditions include standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, kneeling and reaching frequently. Possible exposure to conditions normally expected of Elder care areas, such as unpleasant sights, odors and difficult interpersonal situations. Potential for injury and exposure to blood and body fluids and communicable diseases.
Physical Demands include ability to lift up to 20 pounds; moving, lifting or transferring of Elders may involve lifting up to 50 pounds, as well as assist with weights of more than 100 pounds; ability to stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work up to 16 hours per day as needed to meet the care needs of our Elders.
