Job Summary: 

Provide alcohol and wine service to create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with current applicable federal, state and local standards. Work in accordance with Lenbrook’s established policies and procedures, style and order of service. Take orders and serve drinks as requested by residents. Operate in framework to pro-vide care and safety of the residents and guests.

Responsibilities:
•  Charge for and prepare alcohol beverages in an accurate and efficient method
•  Serve drinks to residents as ordered and prepare and serve drinks as ordered by servers
•  Follow all safety, legal, and sanitation rules and regulations.
•  Set and serve party bars as required
•  Maintain cleanliness and sanitary conditions of the bar area and the glassware

 

Qualifications

Education and experience required:

•  High school diploma or GED

•  Certification Serv-Safe Alcohol Safety, preferred

•  Have or be able to get alcohol serve safe or equivalent certification

•  Knowledge of wines and wine service

•  Knowledge of TIPS and safe alcohol serving

•  Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

•  Ability to correctly and accurately operate POS system

•  Ability to multitask – both drink preparation and direct table service to residents

•  Ability to maintain inventory and control alcoholic beverages

•  Must be alcohol serve safe certified or can be certified

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday 1:30 PM. - 9: 00 PM. or Monday -Friday 1:30 PM - 9:00 PM. 

Pay: $20-$21 an hour
