Job Summary:
Responsible for performing general and preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment, as well as grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
• Perform scheduled maintenance on equipment according to manufacturer’s recommendations and operation
manuals
• Perform maintenance repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpentry, etc.
• Assist inspectors and contractors in the testing, inspection, or repair of equipment, building and mechanical systems and structure.
• Respond to all emergencies such as fire, smoke, and panic alarms.
• Complete work orders and special projects in a timely manner
• Keep maintenance shop and storage areas neat and orderly.
• Maintain tools and equipment.
Qualifications
Education and experience required:
- Must have prior maintenance experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Graduate of accredited technical school preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- A minimum of two years’ hands-on maintenance and/or mechanical experience.
Schedule: Any 3 weekdays and Saturday & Sunday 9AM-5:30PM
