Job Summary
We are looking for highly motivated Financial Advisors to join our expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about helping clients make informed financial decisions while building a long-term career in financial services. As a Financial Advisor, you will work in a lead-driven call center environment, identifying client needs, recommending tailored financial solutions, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct consultative financial assessments to understand client goals.
- Recommend life insurance, annuities, and mutual funds based on client needs.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads, guiding clients through their financial decisions.
- Close at least three financial product sales per month (one annuity, one life policy, one mutual fund).
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Provide regular follow-ups and policy reviews to ensure continued financial success.
- Educate clients on financial planning strategies and product benefits.
- Maintain full compliance with industry regulations and firm policies.
- Stay informed on financial markets, product updates, and sales techniques.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and company sales targets.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Required Licenses
- Series 6 (Investment Company and Variable Contracts Representative).
- Life & Health Insurance License (State of Florida or willingness to obtain).
Experience & Skills
- 1 years of financial services sales experience preferred.
- Background in insurance, annuities, mutual funds, or retirement planning is a plus.
- Strong sales acumen, consultative selling skills, and client relationship-building ability.
- Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette skills.
- Ability to thrive in a high-energy, lead-driven call center environment.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, financial planning software, and Microsoft Office.
