No mortgage experience is necessary - training is provided
Hourly Commission
We provide training and offer additional resources while you work as a Loan Officer Trainee. During this time, you will be working towards your NMLS license and becoming a Mortgage Loan Officer.
Compensation:$15 hourly Commission
Responsibilities:- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication
- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage with prospects and build relationships
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and active listening
- Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills
- 1 year(s) of commission based sales experience in either a B2C or B2B setting
- Previous mortgage exp. is a plus, but not required
- MUST be comfortable on the phones - high call volume
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset - six-figure mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
