We’re looking for an outgoing inside sales representative (Also referred to as a Loan Officer Trainees) to help us smash our sales goals! You’ll help us generate leads by prospecting potential clients and add qualified leads to the sales funnel. While preparing for the NMLS exam to obtain a Licensed Loan Officer status, you will undergo comprehensive training, eliminating the need for prior mortgage experience. This role offers a blend of hourly wages and commission incentives, making it an excellent entry point into the mortgage industry.
