Compensation:$20 - $24 hourly
Responsibilities:- Develop and deliver training programs for Mortgage Loan Originators Trainees to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Regularly assess Trainees' performance and provide feedback to enhance their skills and knowledge in the mortgage lending process.
- Collaborate with the HR department to onboard new MLOs and provide them with the necessary training and resources for success.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in regulations to incorporate relevant information into training programs for MLOs.
- Measure the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the quality of training provided to MLOs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage lending regulations and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in training and developing mortgage loan officers.
- Proficient in conducting effective training sessions and workshops.
