- Collaborate with Account Managers to oversee daily operations for dealerships, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to dealerships and clients, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Support Lendbuzz’s expanding dealer network, both existing and prospective, to drive growth and success.
- Engage actively in refining our sales strategies and processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Serve as a pivotal link between dealerships and Account Managers, facilitating clear communication and swift resolutions.
- Become proficient in the intricacies of our underwriting and financing programs, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable resource.
