Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-impact sales training – Equip our account managers with cutting-edge product knowledge, sales techniques, and dealership relationship strategies to fuel their success.
  • Create engaging training materials – Design interactive presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules that keep our sales team ahead of the game.
  • Lead dynamic training sessions – Facilitate workshops, role-playing exercises, and real-world scenario discussions to reinforce learning and build confidence.
  • Collaborate across teams – Work closely with sales, marketing, and HR to ensure training aligns with business goals and market needs.
  • Coach for performance – Provide ongoing mentorship, feedback, and support, ensuring every account manager has the tools to excel.
  • Measure and optimize – Track trainee progress, evaluate effectiveness, and continuously refine training strategies for maximum impact.
  • Be a subject matter expert – Stay ahead of industry trends, master Lendbuzz programs and processes, and share insights that keep our team informed and competitive.
