About You

• At least 3 years of experience with full-stack development.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a closely related field is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience with Encompass® platform (ICE Mortgage Tech) and the mortgage industry is prefferred but not required.
• Experience building mortgage applications and solutions using the Encompass SDK including creation of Windows Forms and Plugins and integration with third party vendors.
• Extensive knowledge of the Encompass REST API’s is prefferred but not required.
• Knowledge of C#, Windows Forms, Entity Framework and ASP.NET.
• Knowledge of JavaScript based technologies including node.js and related frameworks and libraries.
• Experience building and consuming REST API’s using ASP.NET, WebAPI and node.js.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies like React, HTML5, CSS3 is a big plus.
• Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms such as OAuth, JWT etc.
• Experience working with SQL databases like MySQL and MS SQL server, ORM’s, and No-SQL solutions such as AWS DynamoDB.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning is a big plus.
• General understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS) and underlying services.
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with GitHub as a source control / versioning system.
• Experience working in a fast paced agile/scrum environment.
  
  

YOUR MISSION

• Create new and improved product designs according to requirements coordinated with sales and marketing departments.
• Develop bill of materials and translation documents related to new or changed designs.
• Oversee the transition from design into production, including any necessary testing and training required for implementing new or changed designs. May also be required to evaluate internal tooling and facility capabilities when assessing the cost effectiveness of a new design.
• Oversee the prototyping and testing of new designs, including the interpretation of test results. May be required to set up and run test equipment.
• Conduct and/or review the testing of new designs, interpreting test data and recommending necessary corrective action based on test data.
• Maintain accurate and current documentation on design changes and requests.
• Resolve production and/or field problems as needed.
• Utilize Teamwork (Project Management software) continuously using agile methodologies to maintain detailed documentation within the Project as well as daily documentation of time and hours.
