What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with a proficient team of specialists, playing a vital role in enhancing the performance of our mortgage sales team
- Nurture and assist our sales reps, equipping them with the essential knowledge and skills to thrive in their roles
- Formulate and implement sales strategies and goals to elevate mortgage loan production and meet revenue objectives
- Provide one-on-one mentoring and constructive feedback to individual mortgage sales team members to improve their sales targets
- Evaluate sales metrics and performance data to identify areas for improvement and propose strategies to enhance sales effectiveness
