About The Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and results-driven marketer to lead our direct mail acquisition efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about leveraging data to optimize performance, running A/B tests to drive insights, and effectively communicating findings to cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is also an experienced project manager who can seamlessly execute large-scale campaigns while continuously improving targeting and efficiency. This individual will develop a deep understanding of the customer experience and will be responsible for improving conversion and engagement throughout the acquisition process and the lifecycle of the customer. Through analytics, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration, this person will identify areas for improvement and will drive initiatives to realize those improvements. This is a high impact position with the ability to directly drive new customers. Significant opportunity for growth for a results-driven individual.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 135,000-155,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.

What You'll Do
- Own the end-to-end Direct Mail acquisition strategy for multiple products, ensuring data-driven decision-making in planning, execution, and optimization
- Develop and execute Direct Mail campaigns, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly forecasting, in close collaboration with FP&A and cross-functional teams
- Implement and refine A/B testing strategies to optimize targeting, messaging, and offer structures, leveraging statistical analysis to drive continuous improvement
- Extract actionable insights from data to inform marketing strategy and drive measurable growth
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Creative, Modeling, Data) and external partners (e.g., credit bureaus, mail house) to ensure timely campaign launches and continuously improve direct mail performance
- Utilize and improve analytics dashboards that provide real-time campaign insights and performance tracking across multiple platforms
- Clearly communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable business strategies
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities, using predictive modeling and response analysis to refine marketing approaches
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and optimized for efficiency

About You
- 3 years of experience in Direct Marketing, with a strong focus on data analytics, A/B testing, multivariate testing, and performance optimization
- Bachelor's degree of higher in a related field; or equivalent work experience
- Expertise in marketing analytics and forecasting, with proficiency in tools such as SQL, and Advanced Excel
- Strong background in data-driven decision-making, with the ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into strategic actions
- Proven ability to run structured A/B tests, interpret results, and implement learnings to improve future campaigns
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives, meet deadlines, and collaborate across teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of influencing stakeholders and presenting data-driven recommendations effectively
- Experience in and understanding of consumer lending business and an understanding of Credit, Risk, and P&L is a plus
