About The Role
As the Personal Loan Business Strategy Manager, you will be instrumental in driving the growth strategy for our personal loan products. You will lead cross-functional efforts across Marketing, Product, Engineering, Risk, and Finance, focusing on developing growth strategies in the digital space and through digital engagement products. This role requires a deep understanding of digital lending or banking, a solid grasp of various business functions (Marketing, Product, Engineering, Analytics, and Finance), and a strong ability to develop and implement data-driven initiatives from start to finish. Your analytical prowess, problem-solving skills, product sense, and ability to work effectively cross-functionally will be key to your success.

Compensation
The target base salary range for this position is 136,000-159,000. The position is also eligible to receive a bonus (which is based on company performance, employee performance and eligible earnings), equity, and benefits. Our salary ranges, other compensation and benefits offered are determined by role, experience level and location.

What You'll Do
- Develop and Leverage Digital Engagement Products to Drive Issuance:
- Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams to design and develop digital engagement products aimed at enhancing member engagement and driving issuance.
- Integrate digital engagement strategies into broader business growth initiatives
- Lead End-to-End Execution of Growth Initiatives:
- Build new business cases for each initiative, defining expected business benefits and key business requirements, including go-to-market plans
- Collaborate with and drive alignment across various stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of the initiatives
- Monitor and optimize performance post-launch to ensure KPI metrics are met and identify opportunities to improve
- Identify New Opportunities to Drive Growth in the Digital Space:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends in the digital personal loan landscape
- Research and evaluate external digital loan or engagement products, services, and features to enhance our offerings
- Utilize Data to Drive Decision-Making:
- Assess the digital journey to identify friction points, drive new insights, and identify new opportunities for growth
- Develop segmentation strategies based on member characteristics and behaviors to improve product experience and offer personalization
- Lead and coordinate with offshore contractors for analytical support and to ensure seamless execution
About You
- 3 years of experience working on product strategy and product growth in Financial Services or the digital product space
- Bachelor's degree in business or quantitative fields (e.g., Economics, Business, Engineering), or equivalent work experience
- Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical and data-driven skills to identify opportunities and develop strategies through data insights
- Stakeholder Management: You excel at coordinating with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure successful strategic initiatives
- Communication Skills: Proven ability to clearly articulate project scope in both documentation and presentation formats
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and Python is a plus
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Financial/FinTech industry is a plus
