Base Salary plus unlimited commission, Annual Range : $48,000 - $250,000. Starting Salary $48,000
LendSure Mortgage Corp. is seeking Mortgage Banking Management Trainees to work at our locations in San Diego, Atlanta, Utah and Rhode Island in June 2025. The first six (6) months of training will take place in the San Diego or Atlanta office.

Program Objectives Include :
- The objective of the program is to train and develop a college graduate for a career in the mortgage banking industry.
- The applicant will learn many aspects of the mortgage banking industry, including credit, underwriting, operations, and sales, throughout their time in the program.
- It is intended that the person being trained become a leader in our Sales Management.
