Key Responsibilities
- Drive generator sales and consistently exceed performance targets.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated by internal and manufacturer sources.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with homeowners, builders, and contractors.
- Identify and close new sales opportunities to grow our market share.
- Present upgrade options and custom solutions during on-site consultations.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven external sales experience (B2C or B2B preferred).
- A self-starter who thrives in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with homeowners and builders.
- Valid Florida Driver’s License (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
