Job Description :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Representative to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting our team by managing administrative tasks, maintaining office efficiency, and providing exceptional service to internal and external customers. Additionally, this role will involve building and maintaining strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be proactive, communicative, and dedicated to addressing client needs and resolving any issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and communications.
