We are looking for 2 full-time Laser Operator to add to our team! The Laser Operator this role is integral to the manufacturing process, demanding a blend of technical skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving. The responsibilities span from initial verification and inventory management to quality control and process improvement, all contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of production.

About the Operators Role
- Receives process traveler and verify parts arc
- Responsible for inventory within the laser
- Processes parts according to customer
- Performs laser operations based on customer / blueprint
- May perform pre-cleaning operations
- Visual inspection of all parts for discoloration or abnormalities
- Ability to accurately count and tray large quantities of parts
- Ability to monitor controlled environment room cleaning activities and logs
- Ability properly process parts through the controlled environment room based on customer
- Recommends process improvements with supervisor to resolve
- Ensures work area, machine, tooling and parts are cleaned and well maintained
- Maintains good quality and production
- Clearly identifies parts to send to next
- All other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications
General knowledge and understanding of ISO 13485 and FDA 2 lCFR820 as it pertains to the job preferred and on the job training provided.
High School or equivalent.
English communication skills required.
Working knowledge of passivation processes; at least 3 months of directly related training and / or experience.
Mechanical aptitude required.
General knowledge of precision measuring equipment and real-world experience with those instruments - including but not limited to calipers, ID / OD micrometers, depth gauges, indicators.
Ability to read Blueprints.
Required knowledge of basic math skills to include but not limited to adding, subtracting, multiplication, division, geometry, and algebra for the purpose of calculating material fabrication.
Detail Oriented.
