The Cyber Hygiene department is part of the Chief Security Office and responsible for detection and communication of cyber security risk mainly emerging from vulnerabilities, misconfigurations and coding flaws. Cyber Hygienes objectives include monitoring of risk remediation progress and supporting divisions in strategic risk mitigation activities. The open role is within the team relationship management and reporting. Its main tasks are design of cyber security reports and dashboards based on stakeholder requirements (mgmt. and operational reports) as well as project management for the delivery of these reports and dashboards.

Job Description
The candidate will be supporting design and development of information security reports and dashboards based on requirements from internal stakeholders.
Your Tasks & Responsibilities
- Design visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards focused on cybersecurity metrics, alerts, and trends
- Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into dashboard specifications
- Oversee implementation and test if the implemented report / dashboard fulfils the design requirements; conduct user acceptance tests; test and validate data correctness
- Propose targets and thresholds for reports / dashboards by evaluating existing data and determine required progress considering feasibility; support alignment of proposed targets and thresholds with stakeholders and support endorsement in DBs
- Support go-live activities by preparing training material and communication to stakeholders
- Manage the “dashboard development book of work” determining clear timelines for all tasks and work packages and provide regular updates on progress (project management)
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Security , CEH, CISSP, or data visualization certifications).
- Experience working in SOC environments or with incident response teams.
- Proven experience designing dashboards in a cybersecurity or IT security context
- Proficiency in one or more BI/data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Splunk, Kibana)
- Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and KPIs (e.g., MITRE Telecommunication&CK, NIST, CIS Controls)
- Strong skills in data storytelling and user-centric design
