This long-term contract position is based in Jersey City and involves overseeing and managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for the North American Region. The SLA Coordinator will work closely with senior management, legal, finance, compliance, and other departments to establish and maintain SLAs that document services exchanged between various entities of the firm. This role also includes facilitating technical and legal negotiations, ensuring SLAs meet regulatory requirements, and supporting the execution of agreements.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business owners to understand the nature of their requests and assist in documenting relationships through SLAs.
- Manage the entire Agreements Process, from initiating SLAs to negotiating terms and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Provide technical support for the electronic workflow process using tools like DOCS and SharePoint.
- Maintain an organized electronic library and document trail for all SLAs.
- Monitor and update SLA-related controls, invoicing, and recertification processes.
- Work across departments to ensure SLAs are clearly written, agreeable, and understood by all involved parties.
- Report on the progress and status of SLAs to senior management.
- Coordinate with regional teams to establish best practices and maintain tracking sheets and dashboards for SLA performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in project management, consulting, or within the financial industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in multi-stakeholder environments and collaborating with diverse teams.
- Ability to quickly understand complex concepts and apply them.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Experience in a multicultural environment is a plus.
