Role Summary
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join a dynamic team working on strategic change initiatives within Derivatives Clearing. The role provides an opportunity to engage with multiple stakeholders in Derivatives Clearing Business, Operations, Regulatory Reporting, and Technology groups. The coordinator will support the delivery of key projects that generate revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, improve process efficiencies, and mitigate risks.
The ideal candidate will be organized, self-driven, and have strong problem-solving abilities. Success in this role requires managing projects through their lifecycle, ensuring they progress on time, and effectively communicating progress across the organization.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Project Lead to ensure project delivery throughout its lifecycle.
Track and communicate project status to the broader team and management.
Work with the project team on test plan development, designing test strategies, and managing the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process.
Build an effective network of stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration of changes.

Understanding of the trade lifecycle.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Knowledge of Project Management and Business Analysis best practices within both Agile and Waterfall frameworks.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Futures, Options, and OTC Derivative products.
Familiarity with Derivatives Clearing.
Experience with low-code automation tools like Alteryx and UiPath.
Knowledge of Power BI and data visualization.
