We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Reference Data Analyst to join a leading organization in the financial services industry. This position is part of a global team responsible for maintaining and analyzing critical security reference data. You will play a vital role in ensuring data accuracy, conducting root-cause analyses, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor and ensure the quality of securities reference data, including equities, listed derivatives, and fixed-income products.
• Conduct root-cause analysis to identify data trends and inaccuracies, recommending opportunities for efficiency and productivity improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams, data providers, and external vendors to maintain data integrity.
• Escalate potential risks and resolve data exceptions with a sense of urgency.
• Acquire a deep understanding of the organization's product data and its impact on business processes.
