Project Specialist-Learning
Summary of Position:
The Project Specialist-Learning will be responsible for ensuring assigned programs adhere to established schedules, specifications and budgets. This position will work collaboratively with learning team members and business partners to ensure the successful delivery of Associate focused learning programs that connect to Lennar culture and drive business results.
Responsibilities
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively build and foster relationships with business partners to support learning project objectives.
- Coordinate and support a variety of learning initiatives and projects.
- Provide recommendations to standardize and improve processes
- Coordinate cross-functionally to ensure all stakeholders are informed.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather content and ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Monitor program progression and evaluate performance using tracking mechanisms (PowerBi, Excel, Qualtics, etc.).
- Provide weekly presentation of updates and feedback on program status to leadership team.
- Provide awareness, communication, participant requirements, measurable impact metrics, etc. to ensure successful learning integration.
- Facilitate change requests, solve issues that arise, clearly communicate impact to schedule and budget.
- Forecasts potential schedule delays and develops alternate plans.
- Engage with learning center leaders, facilitators, and coordinators to provide any answers and support for each learning initiative.
Qualifications
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or 5 years of equivalent experience.
- Must have 3 years of program or project experience.
Physical Requirements:
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
Additional Requirements:
- Experience in corporate learning and development through classroom, field, and virtual, one-on-one and on-the job training.
- Strong proficiency with computer programs including Microsoft and Macintosh applications.
- Motivated, independent learner with a passion for learning and organizational development topics.
- Embrace ideas and changes created in the business; seek and appreciate constructive thoughts, ideas, and feedback from others.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving.
