We are seeking a talented Lead Salesforce Engineer to join our team. This role involves designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Promote a collaborative team environment and work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
- Plan work estimation and forecasting, and assist in the estimation of work effort.
- Investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems.
- Prepare technical documentation and write high-quality code that satisfies customer needs.
- Implement unit and integration tests, conduct functional and performance testing, and participate in peer code reviews.
- Develop reusable software building blocks to enable faster delivery and improve performance.
- Establish development practices and processes, manage and mentor software engineers.
- Design solutions that leverage Salesforce best practices and develop end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Automate business processes using Salesforce automation tools and provide application support.
