Lennar is seeking an Advertising Paralegal with experience (preferably) in real estate.
Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Manage the legal review process for marketing initiatives, advertisements, and promotions, working with supervising attorneys.
- Work with outside counsel to draft / review rules for sweepstakes, contests, and giveaways.
- Support national teams on marketing-related activities and co-branded partnerships.
- Educate and train the organization on legal aspects of marketing, advertising, and promotions, assisting with the development of policies, templates, guidelines, and training materials.
- Perform marketing and advertising legal research.
- Assist with drafting, editing and formatting Purchase and Sale Agreement Documents.
- General administrative duties for one or more attorneys in corporate legal department.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Physical & Office / Site Presence Requirements :
This is primarily a sedentary office position which requires the incumbent to have the ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs. Finger dexterity is necessary.
