Entry level Sales & Marketing intern position. Includes assisting in the supervision and of all aspects of home Sales & Marketing.
Requires the ability to work eight hours per day in an office and/or trips to models/communities, the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard and calculator. May be required to operate a motor vehicle.
We reasonably expect the base compensation offered for this position to range from an hourly rate of $12.33 - $19, subject to adjustment based on business-related factors such as employee qualifications, geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.), and operational considerations.
