This position requires assisting the Marketing Manager with implementation of social media posting and engagement, advertising plans and marketing strategies. The position requires an ability to be multi-task oriented, self-sufficient, dependable, to be able to cope well under pressure, maintain good judgement, eager to learn, and a professional, supportive attitude.
Position requires the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, move and carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less. Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard.

- Schedule and maintain social media sites.
- Update community marketing assets as needed.
- Assist the division with the new website changeover.
- Monitor ad placement on social media schedules.
- Request work orders and monitor changes through Workamajig.
- Request and coordinate assets with Regional Marketing Team.
- Monitor the consistency of information listed on websites, PR, directories, etc.
- Remain focused on all opportunities for further cost reductions.
- Assist with research opportunities.
- Maintain listings on various channels.
- Attend company virtual events.
- Pull reports from Sprinklr, as necessary.
- Assist with merchandising and community set-up.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Must be a junior or senior at a college or university in a marketing program or recently completed a marketing program.
- Must possess initiative and be highly motivated.
- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel and Word on Mac or PC platforms.
- Maintain regular attendance and punctuality relative to daily work schedule.
- Related work experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic, good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Follow directions from a supervisor.
- Interact well with co-workers.
- Understand and follow posted work rules and procedures.
