Your Responsibilities on the Team
- Perform daily reconciliation of Hedge Position.
- Perform trade reconciliation and maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of Forward Commitment pricing.
- Perform Loan to Commitment allocation to Forward Positions.
- Support the Pooling and Loan Sale Execution Process.
- Support the Servicing transfer process.
In addition to the above, each Associate will be required to cross train for position(s) within the organization which may, from time to time, be required.

Requirements
- Minimum one-year business experience
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of office procedures
- Excellent organization skills
- Requires strong Excel spreadsheet skills
- Mortgage Banking experience a plus
- Familiarity with mortgage products, pricing, and guidelines
