Sr Software Engineer, Mobile:

This role will oversee the front-end and integration aspects of an innovative employee experience mobile application. This application will incorporate AI-powered features, including generative AI, to deliver personalized and interactive experiences for employees. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in front-end technologies, a strong understanding of system integrations, and experience working with both in-house teams and outsourcing partners.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in front-end development, with significant expertise in mobile application frameworks (React Native, Swift, Kotlin, or Flutter).
• Proven experience integrating APIs and AI features into front-end systems, with hands-on knowledge of generative AI models (e.g., OpenAI’s GPT).
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-platform compatibility, and mobile-first principles.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects involving both in-house and outsourced development teams.
• Solid knowledge of API integration, authentication protocols, and handling real-time data.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems, and front-end testing frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be experienced in Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and modern DevOps practices, ensuring efficient, reliable, and scalable mobile application delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3 years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline management, or infrastructure automation.
