Position Overview
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, prospective tenants, and visitors. Provide excellent customer service, handle front-desk operations, and assist with administrative tasks that support the property management team. Our office hours are Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
Key Responsibilities
- Front Desk: Greet all visitors and maintain a friendly, professional reception area.
- Communications: Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Tenant Support: Provide information about property facilities, rental units, and community policies.
- Administrative Assistance: Organize mail, schedule appointments, and maintain office records. Prepare documents and assist with data entry as needed.
- Coordination: Work closely with property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance staff to address concerns and schedule property tours.
- Payment Handling: Accept rental payments, issue receipts, and follow established procedures for tracking transactions.
- Team Support: Assist with additional projects or tasks as requested by the property management team.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- Experience: Previous reception or administrative experience preferred; familiarity with property management is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Comfortable using Google Docs and Sheets.
- Language: Spanish and English fluency is required.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with professionalism.
- Organization: Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail.
- Customer Service: Friendly, proactive approach to handling tenant or visitor inquiries and issues.
