Job Description :

As the Digital Tools Lead at Heatcraft Refrigeration Products, you will be essential to the success of our Hub, website, and app platforms. You will lead an agile software development team, driving the expansion of our award-winning digital platform to enhance customer efficiency and loyalty. We seek a technically skilled professional with a background in digital product ownership to develop next-generation self-service tools for our internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the delivery and success of Heatcrafts digital platforms, ensuring transparency and alignment with business objectives.
• Lead both onshore and offshore teams in creating user stories, planning sprints, managing backlogs, and ensuring successful product releases.
• Define and execute a product vision that strengthens partner tools and drives brand loyalty.
• Work closely with development teams to address prioritization needs, provide real-time feedback, and resolve ongoing issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align on strategies and deliver product updates, demos, and progress reports to stakeholders.
• Conduct voice-of-customer activities to identify and prioritize user needs and ensure these are reflected in development.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $106,000 - $139,000 and will be based on the candidates qualification, experience, and education.
