Successful candidates will be responsible for completing assigned tasks in timely manner, ensuring goals for safety, quality and delivery are achieved on a daily basis. Assigned tasks may vary based on business needs. After 90 day introductory period, successfull candidates will receive a pay increase and assignment to specific department/position:

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
- At least 1 year of continuous work experience with 1 employer in the last 2 years
- Prefer 1 year or more of manufacturing experience
- Ability to understand and follow written instructions for standard work, safety and quality
- Effective communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Good problem solving skills
- Ability to analyze and trouble shoot problems in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Additional Requirements:
- Able to remain in stationary position for extended periods of time
- Able to stand 100% of the work day
- Ability to lift, push, pull, move up to 40 pounds frequently
- Must be able to bend, stoop, twish and reach in all directions frequently
- Able to work flexible hours and over-time when required
- Assembly workers may be required to braze if needed by production- this would also require successful completion of braze training and certification
