Job Description
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Lennox is seeking an experienced SAP S/4 ABAP Developer to design, develop, and support SAP solutions. This role involves technical analysis, coding, testing, and deployment of enhancements and large-scale projects.
The ideal candidate has strong SAP ABAP skills with cross-functional expertise in Sales, Marketing, and Logistics. Experience with EWM or TMS is a plus. Responsibilities include handling support tickets, collaborating with the Business Solutions Group, and staying updated on SAP enhancements.
- Extensive experience with SAP ABAP.
- Technical Analysis, Designing, Solutioning, Code Reviews and Testing the implementation of SAP developments, ranging from Small Enhancements to Large projects.
- Should have work experience in handling Support Tickets.
- In depth Cross-functional working knowledge in Sales, Marketing, Logistics.
- Good to have either EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) or TMS (Transportation Management System) Module experience and their use of data.
- Ability to write and validate the technical specification and able to create test Scripts.
- Will work closely with the Business solutions group, to complete on demand work requests, as well as being assigned for large scale SAP cross functional project Projects.
- Keep abreast of SAP releases, enhancements/new functionality/modifications and perform application research.
- The Job role involves all phases of the project - Requirement Gathering, Estimation, Project Planning, Execution, Go-live and Support.
- Ability to help resolve complex technical issues and independently manage critical/complex situations.
- Proven success designing and developing SAP solutions on the SAP ECC platform.
- Strong verbal and written communication ability.
- Ensure compliance to existing and development of required data and reporting standards.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Bachelor’s Degree – preferred
- 8-10 years overall SAP experience with minimum 2-3 End to End Implementations
- S/4 2021 working experience is a must
- Experience in SAP Fiori and BTP
- Experience working with Web Services, Proxys and APIs.
- Should have thorough knowledge and hands on development experience in Reports, RFCs, Forms, OOPS ABAP, BAPI, Enhancements, BADI, User Exits, Customer Exits, Data conversions – BDC, LSMW, IDOC’s, ALE & Workflows
- Working experience in OOPs Methodology and ABAP New syntaxes
- Proficient in Performance Tuning, Testing and Debugging skills
- Hands on Expertise in determining or validating the development effort estimates assisting functional teams and reviewing Technical Specification Design.
- Requires clear written and verbal communication in a technical context
- Able to work with Business, Functional and Technical Teams
- Proven ability Delivering Complex and Time sensitive projects
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide alternative solutions to technical problem
This is an in-office position, requiring attendance from Monday to Thursday, with remote work on Fridays.
