Lennox is seeking a talented VAVE Engineer II to join our team. As a Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VAVE) Engineer, you will play a vital role in optimizing product cost, quality, and innovation. We value diversity and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction and product improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving strategies.
- Drive innovation and design enhancements for better product performance.
- Manage VAVE projects, ensuring timely implementation.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience in engineering or VAVE.
- Proficiency in engineering principles, CAD software, and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
